There are 6 mausoleums consisting of 558 crypts surrounded by well maintained Highland Park cemetery. Being lots: 27, 28, 29, 30, 153, 154, 155, 178, 179, and 180 in section 4 of Highland Park cemetery in Mayfield Ky. Building #3 is +/- 16’ x +/- 84’ with 156 crypts. Building #4 is three mausoleums under one roof consisting of #4a, #4b, & #4c. The dimensions of building #4 are +/- 38’ x +/- 96’ with a combined total of 360 crypts with room for expansion. All crypts are sold with +/- 130 to open & close. Opening & closing fees range from $500 - $1,100 each.

Terms of Auction:

 

Real Estate: 15% good faith deposit if entirety is purchased. 20% good faith deposit will apply to Princeton and Mayfield tracts if purchased separately. Balance due in 30 days. 10% buyer premium added to final bid and included in the total contract price. Bank letter of credit required if unknown by Auction Co. Bidders are responsible for their own inspections and verifications either before or during day of auction. Announcements made day of auction take precedence over any previous marketing; either written or oral.

 

Personal Property: Cash, credit card or check day of sale with proper ID required. Payment in full due day of auction. 10% buyer premium added to final bid. Kentucky sales tax will apply as required unless tax exempt.

Procedure: Initial procedure determined by auctioneer.

Title: Fee Simple Absolute title delivered.

Deed: Seller will provide a General Warranty or Special Warranty Deed.

Purchase Agreement: Successful bidder/s will enter into a purchase agreement contract immediately upon conclusion of the auction.

Possession: Possession given at closing.
