This is an online-only absolute auction. Bidding opens Thursday, September 24th @ 6:00 P.M. and begins closing Thursday, October 8th @ 6:00 P.M. (soft-close/extended bidding may apply-see below). A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the winning bid online on the home to determine the contract price. Example: $70,000.00 bid + 10% premium (7,000.00) = $77,000.00 total contract price.
Registration & Bidding: All bidders must register online with valid identification & credit card and agree to these terms & conditions. Auctioneer reserves the right to verify bidder identity and proof of funds or preapproval.

Ford Bronco will not be allowed on the highway but will be demonstrated on both preview dates. Bronco runs & appears to be well maintained and in good working condition. Truck payment is to be made in full within 24 hours of close of auction either by check, cash, or wire transfer. If paying with check the estate will retain the truck until check clears the auctioneer’s escrow account, then and only then possession is given to purchaser. If paying by cash or wire transfer, possession given upon payment received.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The successful online high bidder on the Bronco will have a $1,000.00 assessment to their credit card that they used to register with upon the conclusion of the auction to be applied towards the total purchase price of the vehicle. No tax on the vehicle with the auction. Taxes are paid at the county court clerk’s office. High bidder will receive a “To Be Paid” invoice to reflect the total purchase price. - Lien-free title delivered on the Ford Bronco once payment is collected and has cleared the auctioneer’s escrow account. Delinquent taxes (if any) will be paid by the estate. If a clear title or lost title must be reapplied for through Frankfort, a 45-day grace period will apply to provide a good title or your money back.
- All tax exemptions must be sent to the office prior to invoices being paid. No refunds will be given for sales-tax exemptions once payments are processed. Please inform us if you are tax exempt. Resale certificates must be on file with the auction company in advance of sale day. Ky sales tax is 6%. NOTE: (all vehicle taxes will be collected at the time of registration, NOT AT THE AUCTION)
