This is a timed online only absolute auction. By registering for this auction and bidding you agree to all the terms and conditions listed above & below.
- All merchandise to sold lien-free
- All tax exemptions must be sent to the office prior to invoices being paid. No refunds will be given for sales-tax exemptions once payments are processed. Please inform us if you are tax exempt. Resale certificates must be on file with the auction company in advance of sale day. Ky sales tax is 6%.
- Occasionally an item must be removed from the auction due to circumstances beyond our control. If there is an item that you are interested in, please call ahead of time to ensure that it is still registered into the auction.
- Currency Accepted: Credit or debit cards, wire transfers only except on John Deere Tractor & eXmark ZTR (Certified Cashier’s Checks allowed). Payment by credit/debit card, or wire transfer is due upon the closing of the auction no later than the following business day on ALL other merchandise.
