TERMS OF AUCTION:

REAL ESTATE: 15% - 20%good faith deposit due day of sale depending on number of lots purchased. Balance due in 30 days. 10% buyer premium added to final bid and included in the total contract price. Bank letter of credit required if unknown by Auction Company. Bidders are responsible for their own inspections and verifications either before or during day of auction. Showings by appointment only or between the morning hours of 8:00-10:00AM on day of auction. Announcements day of auction will take precedence over any previous marketing, either written or oral.

PREVIEWS: You can preview property at your leisure or call office for appointment. Signs are marking respected lots for auction. The Auction Co. and sellers are not responsible for accidents.

PROCEDURE: Initial procedure determined by auctioneer.

TITLE: Fee Simple Absolute title delivered.
