Chris Colson Auction & Realty is PROUD to announce the longstanding tradition of Paducah's Blackhawk Bakery will continue.

Due to excitement and publicity surrounding the bakery's scheduled auction, a buyer has come foward and Saturday's scheduled auction has been CANCELLED.

Food Service Incorporated from Hopkinsville, KY decided to buy the business as a whole, keep it running and preserve this Paducah tradition.

With the impending sale conducted by Chris Colson Auction and Realty, Blackhawk Bakery will continue producing the most famous dinner rolls in the Southeast, which was not a certainty, IF the auction had taken place Saturday.

Once again, Saturday's auction of Blackhawk Bakery has been cancelled.
