Surplus Inventory & Kitchen Equipment: All surplus inventory (excluding the buses) will be sold at 1250 Husband Rd, Paducah, KY 42003 formerly Farley Elementary School at 10:00 A.M. sharp. School Buses: Due to the large number of school buses offered by the school district the buses cannot be transported to 1250 Husband Rd, Paducah, KY 42003 but instead will be sold at 140 T Underwood Dr. Paducah, Ky. 42003 on the same day at 2:00 P.M. next to the Lone Oak football field off of Bleich Rd. just past K-Mart. Preview all surplus and equipment (except school buses) at Farley Elementary from 8:00-10:00 A.M. on day of auction with auction starting at 10:00 A.M. Preview school buses from 1:00-2:00 P.M. with bus auction starting at 2:00 P.M. sharp beside Lone Oak football field.

2 Double-wide mobile classroom trailers:

  1. Double-Wide #1 is +/- 24’x +/- 36’ with hitches (no axles). Interior: classroom style layout with one bathroom. Utilities: heat pump attached to building and will transfer. Water, sewer, & electric are disconnected.
  2. Double-Wide # 2 is +/- 28’ x +/-61’ with hitches & attached axles. Interior: classroom style layout in need of repairs. Utilities: 4 heat pumps attached to building and will transfer. Exterior: built up roof with 3 tab shingles.

Directions to 2:00 P.M. Auction: From I-24 Exit 7 drive southwest on Lone Oak Rd. 0.6 miles turning left on Bleich Rd. Continue 0.2 miles turning right on T Underwood Dr. arriving at destination on right. Signs posted.
