INTRODUCTION: Mr. Charles Ray Baker was 94 years young when he recently passed. He retired from the Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant, was a World War 2 veteran serving as a Marine, & spent many years working in the Jail Ministry program in Paducah, KY. Charles was always looking to help someone in need. Charles and his wife the late Mary Ethel purchased the property in 1992 with Mary passing in 2017. Family owned & occupied for ± 30 years.
